In my view, the world and U.S. economy has moved to near the top in prophetic urgency. ... Current economic forces are shifting so rapidly that it's forcing the world into a whole new paradigm ... and most are asleep as to what the ultimate outcome will be! ... The underlying worldwide economic current is accelerating at a phenomenal pace!
What will the end result look like? ... There will soon be a system in place where ALL will be forced to accept Anti-christ's mark in (on) their right hand or foreheads, this in order to exist in any worldly economic form.
There can be little doubt about God's view of fallen mankind's deadly love affair with money. ... He speaks of it through the Apostle Paul in 1st Timothy 6:10 ... "For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, havewandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."
It's extremely important to note that God's word speaks specifically to those of 'faith.' ... The love of money is at the heart of all that is evil in the world, and that misplaced love takes even believers down a path away from the Lord when they get caught up in following the 'love-of-money' trail. ... Judgement begins with His own .... that is believers ... when this takes place. ... and sadly, the end result of such evil is desperation and sorrow, Paul forewarns.
We have only to look at things going on within the body of Christ today to know that many are following the money. ... There is a 'prosperity message' in this present hour that robs God of His rightful place in the hearts and minds of His children. .... This message proclaims in effect that God is a sugar daddy and owes His people the very best! ... Just turn on TBN, or most any other 'religious' TV channel, and you'll hear them shouting 24 hours a day on their nationwide broadcasts about how, if you send them money, God will increase your wealth 10-fold! ....
Simply stated, this 'Prosperity Gospel' movement is heretical! ... Nowhere in the New Testament do you find God promising health, wealth, and prosperity to those who have enough faith. ... That way of thinking is a direct result of consumerism-Christianity. ... You don't see it in the early Church or anywhere in the New Testament letters. ... Even the life of Jesus .. the One who had complete faith .. was a life of struggle that ended with crucifixion! ... He was "a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief." (Isaiah 53:3)"
... Now how's that for prosperity? ... "When Christ calls a man," writes Dietrich Bonhoeffer, "He bids him come and die." ...... The normal Christian life is a cross-bearing life.... It's the next life that promises health and prosperity! ... To say otherwise is to totally misrepresent the Message of Christ. ..
Just like the world, many in the body of Christ today are reprobate (unprincipled or depraved) in their thinking ... they have turned God's word upside down! ... Good has become evil, and evil good ... and sadly, that includes a great number of those who are in the Body of Christ. ...
So what does this all mean ... this rapid acceleration of the love of "filthy lucre?" ... God's Word tells us that "evil men and seducers" will grow worse and worse (2 Timothy 3:13) ... and what is the foundation of evil in man? .. "The love of money is the root of all evil" (1 Timothy 6:10). ... (Other Scripture for reference --2 Timothy 3:2, Luke 16:13, Matthew 6:24).
Getting back to America, she is confronted with massive economic and social problems unparalleled in her history. Yet, the harder our leaders work at solving our problems - the more trillions they spend attempting to rescue our economy - the more entangled the problems become! ... Why? ... Because they continue to ignore the fundamental principle which ultimately determines the success or failure of nations. ... It is simply this .. when humans reject God and refuse to believe and follow His Word, they are left to their own devices -- which eventually always fail, for "there is a way which seems right to a man, but the end thereof is the way of death" (Proverbs 14:12). ... At the most basic level, America has forsaken God -- we have rejected His rule, both as individuals and as a nation.
There should be no question in the minds of those who truly study God's prophetic Word from a 'literalist' viewpoint ... this world is soon headed for a total economic collapse. ... Referring back to the soon-coming Anti-christ, when all this financial chaos takes place, he will step onto the world stage and appear to have all the answers ... but he will be the most evil of men who has ever lived on this planet. ... Money and economic power will be at the heart of "The Beast's" system of absolute control (Revelation 13:16-18).
So once again, I am going to encourage each of you to not succumb to the "Days of Noah" syndrome ... to not 'fall asleep' as to what is soon to befall upon this world. .... Let's shine the light & tell as many as we can about THE ONLY HOPE for each of us, and that is the saving power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! ... Hallelujah!!! ... Know that I am praying for each of you constantly, and God knows who you are!
