Does this scripture describe today's fallen world, or what! .. Every day I follow the news sites from around the world, and it is beyond logical description as to what is taking place around this beleaguered planet. ..    When Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 3:1 that "there will be terrible times in the last days," he was spot on! .. For those of us who study the Bible, it teaches us that this would be the condition of the final days leading up to the Lord's triumphant return, but to actually be witnessing it is almost beyond imagination. .. OK, so let's get to it. .. I want to quickly touch on just some of the delusional occurrences/events that are now taking place. .. When you see it all together, it leaves no question as to Satan's evident roll. .. *The Arch of Ba'al displayed in three different locations around the globe in just the past few months, the last of which was at the international political & business leaders' world conference. .. They even had to pass through it to get into the meeting! .. *Satan Temples popping up en masse in Europe & America. .. *Satan Clubs now being introduced into the public school systems while Christian clubs come under increasing persecution. .. *Satanic Festivals which feature mass orgies, witchcraft, etc now taking place in various locations around the globe. .. *Witches gathering in various locations to cast spells on President Trump & his followers. .. *America's First Lady attacked for reciting The Lord's Prayer at a public gathering. .. *Satanic-themed yoga & meditation meetings & seminars growing rapidly in popularity. .. *Satanists now leading more & more prayer in public meetings. .. *Black Magic & Witchcraft growing exponentially. .. *Atheist teacher feels 'bullied' when Christian students say 'God bless you.' .. *The UN's obsession with Israel.  (This has to be from 'evil spirit-driven forces from hell) .. *The growing acceptance of the LGBTQIA agenda. .. This is a lie now being promoted by most all segments of our society. .. *Christian persecution & anti-Semitism exploding all across the globe, including America (the land of the free) .. *College Campuses now becoming the melting pot for the godless socialist agenda. .. *The justification of abortion. .. *The Church selling out to the 'new-world' agenda. .. And then there's this one, which says much concerning the presence of evil in our midst ...... This was an article from February 25th posted on 'The Right Scoop' ...... "Apparently the far left liberal protesters hate Christianity so much they scream out in horror like demons when Jesus' name is mentioned." .. This took place at a town hall meeting in Louisiana. .. (It reminds me so much of the examples of demons being confronted by Christians. .. In many cases, they made much noise upon their departure from the possessed victims. .. This instance is no different! .. Evil spirits must flee at the mention of our Savior's name!) To wrap this up, let me share just a few more 'conditions' that prove just how delusional our thinking is in today's world. .. Here's just three ...... *Liberals support abortion, but not capital punishment - Conservatives support capital punishment, but not abortion. .. *Words like 'inclusion, diversity & free speech' are professed to be the only solution to our societal ills, unless of course someone disagrees, which most often triggers violent protests & the burning of cars & buildings & other social mayhem. .. *The women's rights advocates support the Muslim immigration & inclusion into our society, when in fact this faith represents just the opposite. .. Women are considered to be of much less value than men, not to mention that many in the faith consider women to be sub-human. .. You get the point. .. There is SO MUCH MORE I could share with you, but for now ...... 1 Timothy 4:1 says, .. "The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons." .. Again, this is clearly what is happening. .. In fact, when I read this verse, I first think about the Church & how in more & more cases this is exactly what has taken place! .. They have abandoned the truth & are now following evil spirits! .. OK .. I gotta get out of here for now .. In closing, it is a simple fact that it is getting more & more difficult for the 'faithful remnant' in these final days of the Church Age. .. But hey, we knew it was coming, and we know how to 'stand firm' as the assault continues to mount. .. I will leave you with this thought .....
