*Joel Rosenberg - "Firestorm: Chic-Fil-A under attack for defending traditional marriage"
The company's president, Dan Cathy, a devout born-again follower of Jesus Christ, created quite a controversy when he said that he strongly believes in 'traditional marriage' between one man and one woman. ... He also warned that America could trigger the judgement of God against us of we choose to continue defying the Bible's teachings on marriage. ...... I couldn't agree with him more! .... and isn't it interesting the violent reaction we receive from the liberal left when all we are doing is stating our belief ... just as they so often do, usually without too much vitriol. ...... I wonder maybe if it isn't an underlying sense of guilt and shame they must feel .... it has to be something of that nature to trigger such outrage over a differing opinion.
*UPI - "Drought ruining crops in Russia"
......... Now Russia, along with Africa, the U.S., India, parts of China .... Look to Matthew 24:7 & Luke 21:11 where Christ Himself foretold of famine as well as earthquakes and pestilences in various places in the end times ...................

*Business Insider - "Rick Santorium: Mayors shunning Chic-Fil-A reflects the 'absolute intolerance of the left'"
Good for you for speaking out, Rick! .... And isn't it the liberal folks who coined such buzz words as 'intolerance' ... 'diversity' ... and stuff like that? Guess it only works one way ...

*Fox news - "Power grid fails in northwest India: 370 million swelter in darkness"
*NBC News - "Democrats to back gay marriage at convention"
This doesn't surprise me and shouldn't anyone else either ... What it does create, or should at least, is a dilemma for 'active' Christians who are members of the Democratic Party. The Bible specifically says that homosexual offenders will not inherit the Kingdom of God ... (see 1 Corinthians 6:9) ... Some will be angry when they see these types of comments, but hey .... it's not my rules .. it's God's ......

*CBS News - "Lakewood, Colorado cake shop refuses wedding cake to gay couple, sparks huge uproar in gay community"
Once again ... and just like the Chic-Fil-A situation ... whatever happened to the 'right of refusal' or opinion? ... doesn't seem that way the 'other' way .... once again ...

*Natural News - "As truth about Fukushima radiation emerges, Japanese authorities struggle to maintain cover-up"
... And once again, we see very little coverage on this catastrophic event! ... I guess the news people's families will have to be directly affected before they will report on it. ... Rest assured, this will be one of the greatest pestilences we will face in the coming days ...

*Business Insider - "Facebook stock implosion hoses California's tax revenue"
Let's not forget that California is the 7th largest economy in the world, and if she goes under .... let's just say that the world-wide effect will be devastating. .... This is just another example of just how fragile man's way is when just one company's stock can cause havoc throughout the entire world ...

*CBS News - "Drought decimates Arkansas' famed cattle industry"
*The Market Place - "India's worst black out in human history possibly triggered by solar flare"
Doesn't surprise me ... Remember that Luke 21:25 says "There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars ...." I believe these occurrences will only increase as the "birth pains" come ever closer together as we draw nearer to Christ's triumphant return ..... Hallelujah!
Ok ... We are done with another week's worth of prophetic-related news ... What I find interesting is the 'lack' of economic news of late. I know this is a common occurrence in the deep summer months, what with all the politicians on vacation, but the way it was going just prior ... it just surprises me that it has
become this quiet ....... But just wait a few more weeks! .... When all these 'brilliant' minds come back together, havoc will once again prevail! ... I know it sounds like I'm excited about this ... but seriously, the major economic problems that were occurring just a few weeks ago just aren't going to disappear overnight! ... It's coming, and it will be extremely interesting to watch unfold.
Have a great week! ... and thank you for your continued support. Last week was our 2nd highest for the number of visits to our site. .... We are very grateful ... and please continue to tell your friends about us ..
Until next time,
Red
