Amazing times! ... There is so much going
on right now in relation to biblical prophetic signs, it is simply
overwhelming! ... We are seeing Israel, this tiny little speck of land smack
dab in the middle of almost every daily headline across the globe ... wars in
Syria, Iraq, Ukraine, Afghanistan,and many parts of Africa ... famine &
drought increasing ... economic crises creating increasing civil unrest in many
nations ... drug-resistant viruses and possible pandemics spreading ...
unprecedented moral decay ... signs of religious 'consolidation' lead by the
Vatican ... political unrest and division not seen in memory ... weather events
setting all-time records ... and the
list keeps growing by the hour! ... Though this all seems scary to most folks
who take the time to notice, to a 'watchman,' it is truly an exciting time! ...
OK ... Having said all that, let's go
back to last week's commentary subject for just a moment and review ... The
'Shemittah' Consequence' ... We reviewed what I believe is irrefutable evidence
that unless there is a miracle of repentance in the next few weeks and months
in America, her economic doom is imminent! ... I believe it is certain! ...
Now, let's add one more incredible factor
into the 'mix' of everything that is coming to a head right now ... the Blood
Moons. .. As with the 'Shemittah' predictions, the Blood Moons are also tied to
Jewish Holidays. ... Last week's commentary gave you a brief overview of what
the Shemittah' year is, and what it stands for ... now let's look at just what
these Blood Moons are about. ... I will be referring to John Hagee's book,
"Four Blood Moons", and if there are some direct quotes, it is
intentional as I wish not to recreate the wheel.
First of all, we know that God said that
"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars." (Luke 21:25) ...
Does God 'arrange' certain events to take place to give us signs & warnings
of things to come? ... You bet He does! .. I am a firm believer that God is in
control of everything that takes place, and in all things. ..
OK, so what exactly is a 'Blood Moon?'
... First, let's review two specific scriptures that directly address it
... Joel 2:30-31 says, "I will show wonders in the heavens and
in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars
of smoke. The sun shall be turned into
darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome
day of the Lord." ... Now, let's look at Acts 2:19-20 ... "I will
show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapors of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and
the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the
Lord." ... So now, what does 'moon into blood' refer to in these two
verses? .. It is an actual event that is considered an astronomical occurrence
and it happens during a total lunar eclipse:
the moon does not actually turn to blood, but it does appear
blood-red.
OK .. so now we've got an eclipse of the
sun and moon .. so what does this have to do with anything regarding prophecy
.. Israel .. anything? ... Once again, I'm glad you asked. ... John Hagee, in
his research, found that when these eclipses happened in certain sequences,
they proved to coincide with astounding historical events that have taken
place, and how their timing relates Jewish history. ... He also deduced that
there is another 'Blood Moon' sequence that we've already entered into right
now that he feels will have a major impact on Israel once again.
So what are these sequences previously
mentioned? ... They are called 'Tetrads'
.. 'A Tetrad is defined as four total lunar eclipses (Blood Moons) that occur
consecutively during specific intervals of time. .. Lunar eclipses are
relatively common, but total lunar eclipses are less common. .. A Tetrad is a
rare occurrence and a Tetrad with a total solar eclipse within its series is
even rarer. .. Furthermore, a Tetrad linked to Jewish history has only happened
three times in the past 500-plus years -- it is very rare!
Now, let's look at what took place in the
previous three events just mentioned. ... The first took place in 1493-94 - The
Spanish Inquisition - a time of great Jewish persecution, where history shows
how they were killed or expelled from their homeland .. a period described in
history as 'a terrible time of tears and anguish' for God's chosen people. ...
The next one took place in 1949-50. ... We who know history at all realize that
this was the time Israel became a nation, as prophesied, and were under
constant attack from all their neighboring enemies. ... And then the third one
took place in 1967-68. ... What took place then? ... 1967 was the year the city
of Jerusalem was reunited with the Jewish people for the first time in nearly
1900 years! ... Many Hebrew historians and scholars consider these three events
right at the 'top of the list' as the most significant in all of Jewish
history! ...
And when is the fourth 'Blood Moon' event
coming? ... We are in it! ... It started on April 15, 2014 with the first
eclipse taking place on 'Passover' ... the second will take place on October 8,
which is the Jewish 'Feast of Tabernacles' ... the 3rd will take place on March
20, 2015, which is the total solar eclipse ... and then on April 4, 2015, the
eclipse will once again coincide with 'Passover' ... and finally, the fifth and
final one will take place on September 28, 2015, again falling on the Feast of
Tabernacles,' thus closing out this rare sequence of solar events. ...
Coincidence? ... I hardly think so! .. Like the 'Shemittah Year' sequence of
events, the odds are just too high to calculate.
So now let's sum up ... Every biblical
sign predicted by the prophets as well as Jesus Christ Himself have either come
to pass, are coming to pass, or will come to pass in these next few days,
weeks, and months. ... If you are part of the 'Days of Noah' bunch, then maybe
you are ignoring it all ... but if you even have just a bit of Bible knowledge,
the times are just too obvious to ignore! ..... We are at the crossroads of
time .. a time of transition from man's rule to Christ's reign ... Hallelujah!

The next 'Shemittah Year' occurs in
2014-15, which takes place within the series of the next "Four Blood
Moons' event ... Both end in the month of September, 2015. ... We have now
entered into 'Blood Moon' period and will enter into the official 'Shemittah
Year' on September 25, 2014. ... Once again, is it a coincidence or do all
these events really add up to the close of the Church Age. ... I believe they
do! ... Jesus said we would not know the exact date, but we would recognize the
season ... Matthew 24:33 says,
"Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near,
right at the door." ... Also, Luke 21:28 says, "When these things begin to take place,
stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." ... Hallelujah!
There's so much more I would love to
share with you concerning these two subjects, but it would be virtually
impossible to do so without writing a book. ... My hope is that I've given you
just enough to 'whet your spiritual appetite' to continue the search on your
own, and also to share my urgency concerning what is coming upon us as a
nation, and as individuals. ... It is time to 'get right' with God .. and also
to help others 'get right' with God. ... Let's keep praying for each other and
for those multitudes who are wandering through these signs, totally oblivious
as to what is taking place all around them. .... Shine the light whenever and
wherever you ... while there is still time .....
