For the sake of full disclosure, I stole this 'Fantasy Land' analogy from a headline posted on The Drudge Report from May 18th. .. It mentioned that the U.S. Stock Market just hit another all-time high and that it is simply 'living in fantasy land' ... and it just wasn't some lonely pundit looking for attention, but came from a very high-up executive at Bank of America! ... What makes this even more sobering is that more & more banking people are singing the same song .. that this 'giant market bubble' we are now immersed in cannot go on much longer.
When we look into this whole world economic thing a bit closer, we find that it has evolved into a tangled web of deceit and corruption ... and what is really scary? ... Countries all over the world rely on it for survival .. including the 'good old USA' ......
And what also is really scary? ... How much does most of the world really know about it? .. Very little, to say the least, and sadly, most everyone thinks it will just keep on going forever. ... But every so often, we get a quick glimpse of just how precarious it really is, don't we? .. Just look at 2001 & 2008 as recent examples. ... In 2001, in the aftermath of 9/11, we saw the market take its 2nd-biggest hit in history. ... Then in 2008, we saw the biggest collapse ever, and the international financial institutions had to scramble to save the entire world's economy! ....
Since 2008, the 'regulators' have had some success in cleaning up much of the global banking system, at least on the surface. .. But in truth, when we look deeper into the morass of this international banking web, we can see that the excesses that caused all the havoc have now been moved 'off the books' and are once again growing to disturbing proportions. ... Simply stated, Wall Street and the international banking institutions have shifted their risky activities off the books and into other entities that are not under any jurisdiction of overseers! ... In their world, the term being used more & more is "Shadow Banking." ... So how much do we really know about this 'shadow banking?' ... Simply, they are financial institutions that 'act' like banks but have absolutely no regulations, unlike regular banking operations. ...
I could go on & on, but you get the general idea. ... The bottom line is that few in the world know just how shaky a ground the world's financial system is on. ... An example is this ... Just this past January, there was The Davos Economic Forum. ... At this so-called prestigious meeting of the world's financial elite, the IMF (International Monetary Fund) issued a dire warning that should have shaken the world, but received almost NO press coverage. ... It stated that America's financial system is built totally on sand and is on the verge of complete collapse! ... And one of the primary reasons for this pending disaster? ... 'Shadow banking!' ... In a news report from the British outlet, The Telegraph, it stated that "Shadow Banking now poses THE top risk to U.S. stability, and that non-financial lending has reached some $15 Trillion!
Now here's the real point of all this ... 'So goes the U.S. economy, so goes the world!' ... Any of us who pay even a bit of attention to this economic stuff knows that America is living on 'financial borrowed time.' ... Think of just these few stats ... we are some $18 Trillion in debt ... the Federal Reserve's leverage of this debt is now at 77X1 ... The Feds have poured another $3.1 Trillion of 'monopoly money' into our economy with little result, other than to hold off complete bankruptcy ... This nation right now has $127 Trillion of unfunded liabilities ... Need I go on? ... Our country's economy is built on a "Foundation of Sand' ... and with the coming storms of today's world, it will soon totally implode. ... Then America, as we have come to know it, will be no more ....
So why am I talking about this and what's it all got to do with the Bible's teachings concerning these final days? .... As I've been 'preaching' for years, the American super-power must fade back into the 'pack of nations' in order for the coming world government to come into being. ... This has to happen, and it soon will. ... When the world's economy goes belly-up, then chaos & mayhem will be 'the order of the day.' ... Then soon emerging out of all this madness will be what the world sees as a 'new hope' ... a leader who will rise up and say & do all the right things in an attempt to calm the raging social storm. ... Who am I talking about? ... None other than the prophesied Beast of Revelation 13 ... The 'stern-faced king & master of deceit' of Daniel 8! ... The Anti-christ! ....
There are many more events soon following this global collapse ... too much to mention for right now. ... So what about the followers of Christ? ... How much will we witness before the Lord sounds His Trumpet & calls us home? ... No one knows this for sure ... but here is what we do know ... We will be taken out of here before the final 7-year Tribulation period. ... Praise God for that, because even though things are growing darker by the day, trust me when I say ... the world hasn't seen nothin' yet!
My encouragement to each of you is to get your 'spiritual house' in order, because all this is going down I believe in the next few months. ... No, I'm not setting a date, but in all the years I've been following Bible prophecy, NEVER have I seen it like it is right now! ... Jesus is coming and it's imminent! ... Hallelujah!
